PEAK PARK TRANSPORT FORUM

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AT MEETINGS

There is now a specific item on the Forum agenda to allow the public to raise issues, directly with elected members, on items to be discussed at the meetings. This will open up the democratic process and allow people to be more actively involved in the decision making process.

If you would like to ask a question or make a statement, you must make a request by 12:00 noon 2 working days before the meeting. The request can be made in person, by telephone, in writing, by fax or email (contact details below).  The request must give details of the meeting, identify the subject matter and include a contact name, address and telephone number.

You will then be invited to address the Forum for up to 10 minutes and, at the discretion of the Chair, you may be asked supplementary questions.
